Withdrawal Instructions

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), you generally have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the reimbursement, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

OnlyCars provides digital services, including video credits, studio credits, rendering features, digital vehicle videos, studio images, downloads, and share pages. Under the applicable statutory provisions, the right of withdrawal may expire if we have begun performing the contract after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires, you acknowledged that by giving your consent you lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins, and we have provided you with the confirmation required by law.

If, after purchasing a video package or an additional digital service, you confirm the immediate provision and use of the credits and subsequently have a vehicle video or studio image successfully created, the right of withdrawal with respect to the digital service that has begun or been provided may expire in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.
